AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn men's tennis team returns to fall tournament action this weekend in Nashville, Tenn., at the Commodore Scramble hosted by Vanderbilt Friday through Sunday.
"I'm excited to see some of our guys playing their first tournament this fall," Auburn coach Bobby Reynolds said. "We've had a couple of good weeks of practice, so now we can put that over into our match play.
"Going back to Vanderbilt is always special to me, and a chance to see so many of the people I knew when I played and coached there. I'm looking for our guys to get good results there this weekend."
Competitors for Auburn this weekend will come from among the group of Michael Durham, Edward Nguyen, Alex Rushin, Carles Sarrio, Olle Thestrup and Brandon Laubser.
Doubles action begins Friday morning at 9:00 with singles play beginning Friday at 10:00 a.m. Championship rounds are scheduled for Sunday morning.
Other teams competing include Alabama, Furman, Lipscomb, Louisville, LSU and host Vanderbilt.
