AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn head coach Butch Thompson and his staff will host a free coaching clinic for high school baseball coaches on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Plainsman Park and Auburn Arena.
The clinic is open to all high school baseball coaches in the area and will include sessions at both Plainsman Park and Auburn Arena. Registration, which can be done here, is required and limited to the first 150 submissions.
Coaches will hear from Thompson as well as assistant coaches Gabe Gross, Karl Nonemaker and Steve Smith. Additionally, baseball strength and conditioning coach Chris Joyner and athletic trainer Anthony Sandersen will speak during the clinic.
Sessions include pitching, infield, hitting and strength and conditioning. There will also be a Q&A session and attending coaches will be invited to view Auburn baseball practice that afternoon.
