AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn soccer will return home for one final regular season matchup against No. 1 Alabama Thursday, Oct. 27. The five members of the Tigers' senior class will be honored in their final match on Auburn's home field.

Stepping onto the pitch at the Auburn Soccer Complex for the last time will be Brooke Berdan, M.E. Craven, Sabrina McNeill, Grace Sklopan and Hailey Whitaker. Collectively, the fivesome boasts nearly 400 games of experience at the collegiate level.

"We've had great crowds all season long and we really need our Auburn family to show up for such a huge match this week," Tigers head coach Karen Hoppa said. "This is a really good Alabama team, the best in their history. It's a veteran group that is very talented and playing with a lot of confidence. We know they'll certainly challenge us, but we look froward to it, and we can't wait to show what we're made of in front of a loud, energized crowd."

Auburn leads the all-time series versus the Crimson Tide 19-10-2, including a 9-2-1 record when meeting on The Plains. Seniors Sydney Richards and Hailey Whitaker each have two goals and an assist to their credit over the teams' previous four meetings while junior goalkeeper Maddie Prohaska has made six saves on nine shots faced into 270 minutes of work versus the Alabama attack.

The match will be broadcast on SEC Network with Alex Perlman and Marion Crowder on the call. First kick is slated for 7:30 p.m. CT.
