  • Has not allowed a hit in 9.2 innings as a starter and is holding opponents to a .024 batting average against this season

TEAM NOTES
Auburn starting pitchers turned in a 1.59 ERA with 25 strikeouts and eight walks in five games and 22.2 innings last week … three of five starters didn't allow a run in 5.0 or more innings, matching or marking the most innings pitched by a starting pitcher entering the week … the Tigers have at least two extra-base hits in every game this season, including a homer in 14 of 16 games … Auburn has double digit hits in nine games and are 8-0-1 in those contests … the Tigers are 11-0 when outhitting the opponent … Wednesday's win at Jacksonville State marked the team's sixth comeback win of the season … Friday's win in the series opener was the team's seventh straight and extended its unbeaten streak to 11 games, marking the longest since winning 15 games in a row in 2019 … Saturday marked just the fifth time in the last two seasons Auburn has lost back-to-back games … the team hasn't lost three straight games since Apr. 9-11, 2021.
