ATLANTA, Ga. – After a top-25 showing from the Auburn women in Atlanta a week ago, the Tiger men take their turn at the 2026 NCAA Championships, March 25-28, inside historic McAuley Aquatic Center.
Head coach Ryan Wochomurka and Co. begin their journey on Wednesday, March 25 with the 200 medley relay. The championships will be streamed live on ESPN Plus and live results will be available via Meet Mobile.
Uros Zivanovic (1000 breast), Abdalla Nasr (100 fly, 200 fly), Daniel Krichevsky (100 free, 200 free, 100 fly), Maston Ballew (100 breast, 200 breast, 400 IM), Ethan Swart (1-meter) and Tsvetomir Ereminov (Platform) have all the right to compete at NCAAs this week.
Zivanovic, the transfer from Georgia Tech, is the most veteran of the qualifiers. Last season as a Yellow Jacket, Zivanovic finished 34th in the 100 breast and helped the 200 medley relay team to a 14th-place finish and All-American Honorable Mention (1:23.32). This year, Zivanovic’s 51.10 represents the 11th-fastest time in the country in the 100 breast and is the second-fastest time in program history.
The Orange and Blue’s trio of rookies will all be making their first appearances at NCAAs.
Nashville, Tennessee product Maston Ballew sits just 0.01 seconds off the program record in the 200 breast with a 1:52.10. The time is also seeded 21st entering the meet.
Krichevsky has owned the freestyle events all season long. The Israeli international moved up to the No. 3 performer in program history at the SEC Championships with a 1:31.87. He also sits at No. 8 in school history in the 100 free with a 41.87. His 200 free time is seeded 18th.
Nasr, a native of Cairo, Egypt is seeded 22nd in both the 100 and 200 butterfly. At 44.91, Nasr is currently the second-fastest performer in the 100 fly and third in the 200 (1:40.73).
John Fox brings another pair of divers to the NCAA Championships for the second consecutive year. Ethan Swart scored in every discipline at the SEC Championships a month ago and shot up to the No. 7 performer in school history on 3-meter with a 402.50. Meanwhile, Ereminov delivered a stellar 394.65 in the finals of the Zone B Championships, including an 84.80-point final dive, to lock in his spot in Atlanta.
Luke Bedsole, Sohib Khaled, Kalle Makinen and Warner Russ will accompany the team as relay alternates. Makinen, the senior from Espoo, Finland will be making his fourth appearance at the NCAA Championships. The sprinter owns six All-American Honors to his name entering the week.
