Fall 2012: Finished with a 3-3 record in singles and a 1-2 record in doubles ... Advanced to the quarterfinals of the Crimson Tide Invitational after defeating Taukma Ohashi of Tulane, 7-5, 6-4, in the round of 16 ... Went 1-2 in doubles with Michael Wardell at the Crimson Tide Invitational, defeating Paulo Alvarado and Juan Escobar of Southern Miss, 9-8 (5).
As a Freshman (at Tulsa)
Spring 2012: Collected an 8-7 singles mark and a 10-9 doubles record in his first season with the Golden Hurricane, seeing time at the bottom three positions in the lineup . . . earned singles wins against opponents from No. 6 Stanford, No. 20 North Carolina and No. 24 Texas Tech . . . defeated doubles teams from No. 6 Stanford, No. 11 Texas A&M, No. 14 California, No. 18 Fresno State, and No. 24 Texas Tech.

Was the No. 1-ranked U-14, U-16 and U-18 singles player in Romania . . . was part of two team national championships in Romania (U-16 and U-18) . . . finished runner up at the national individual championship three times (U-14, U-16 and U-18) . . . also finished runner up in doubles twice (U-16, U-18) . . . reached one singles final and two semifinals on the Futures Tour . . . highest ITF singles ranking was 210, and earned a career-best ATP rank of 1,300.
