2024 – FRESHMAN SEASON
Turned in a 5.73 ERA in seven relief appearances … struck out 17 batters and issued just three walks in 11.0 innings … struck out multiple batters in all seven of his appearances … made his Auburn debut vs. Austin Peay (Mar. 9) after missing the first three weeks of the season … struck out a season-high four batters in a season-high 3.0 innings vs. South Alabama (Mar. 19) … struck out three in a scoreless inning vs. Jacksonville State (Mar. 26) … made his SEC debut at Texas A&M (Mar. 29) … turned in 1.1 clean innings at UAB (Apr. 3) … pitched in three straight SEC series against Texas A&M, Tennessee (Apr. 7) and Kentucky (Apr. 13) but missed the remainder of the season ... 2023-24 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Concordia Lutheran High School (TX) … rated by Perfect Game as a top 100 player in Texas, including the No. 34 right-handed pitcher … two-time TAPPS First Team All-State (2022-23) … hit .487 with 21 RBI as a senior … struck out eight in 6.0 scoreless innings on the mound … went 8-1 with a 0.26 ERA and struck out 71 in 53.0 innings as a junior … hit .352 with 14 doubles, two homers and 33 RBI … also played basketball.

Son of Rachelle and Zelijko Petrovic ... has two siblings, Kate and Luka … his parents played basketball at Oberlin College (OH) and his sister played at Loyola University in New Orleans … born in Cypress, Texas, on May 27, 2004.
