2009 Cross Country: Helped Auburn to a No. 25 team finish at the NCAA Championships, placing 116th in 31:21.5 on the 10k course ... Was Auburn[apos]s No. 2 or 3 runner at every meet ... Earned All-SEC honors by finishing fourth at the SEC Championships in 24:41.00 (8k), and was 16th at the NCAA South Regional in 30:46.36 (10k) ... 2009 Outdoor: Reached the finals of the 5000 meters at the NCAA Championships, finishing 14th with a time of 14:22.98 ... Had a season-best time of 14:04.70 in the prelims to reach the finals ... Placed third in the 5000m at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships in 14:09.02 ... Finished fourth in the 10,000 meters and fifth in the 5000m at the SEC Outdoor Championships ... 2009 Indoor: Competed on the distance medley relay team that finished 13th at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Ran the 1200-meter leg to help the Distance Medley Relay team set a new school record at the Alex Wilson Invitational March 6 with an automatic qualifying time of 9:33.32 ... In his first race of the season, finished second in the 3000 meters at the Terrier Invitational with a time of 8:01.47 ... His time ranks fifth in Auburn indoor history ... Placed third in the mile at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup with a time of 4:11.35 ... Finished sixth in the 5000 meters at the Tyson Invitational in 14:42.54 ...

2008 Cross Country: Auburn[apos]s No. 4 runner at the NCAA Championships (10K), finishing 119th to help the Tigers to a fifth-place team finish ... Finished 38th at NCAA South Regional, clocking a 32:40.20 ... Was out of action until the SEC Championships due to an injury and returned by finishing 39th (25:22.22) at the 8K league race.

2008 Outdoor: Regionally qualified in the 1500 meters and the 5000 meters ... Chose to run in the 5000 meters at the Mideast Regional Championships, finishing 14th ... At the SEC Championships, finished sixth in the 10,000 meters (29:55.84) and eighth in the 5000 meters ... His 10K time ranks ninth in Auburn history ... Had a season-best time in the 5000m of 13:55.80 at the Mt. SAC Invitational, which ranks seventh in school history ... Ninth in the Olympic Developmental mile at the Penn Relays ... Season-best time in the 1500 meters was 3:44.80 at the Sun Angel Classic, and won the title in that event at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.
