Morgan Dyck joined the Auburn equestrian staff in July 2018 and serves as the team’s Director of Operations. She is in charge of all travel as well as many daily team needs throughout the week.
Dyck, formally Morgan McQuay, was a four-year member of the Auburn equestrian program, 2012-13 through 2015-16.
As at student-athlete with the Tigers, she was a part of two National Collegiate Equestrian Association national championship teams - 2013, 2016. She was also a part of the 2016 squad that took home the program’s first-ever Southeastern Conference crown.
Academically, Dyck was a four-time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree. In addition, she earned three-straight NCEA Academic Honor Roll accolades.
While on the team, her work ethic was quickly recognized and she was known as someone who would go above and beyond for the team. In honor of that work ethic, the team’s Work Horse Award was renamed to the Morgan McQuay Work Horse Award. She was a four-time recipient of the honor before it was renamed at the end of her career.
She married John Dyck in 2021 and the couple reside in Auburn.
