Began at Auburn: August 2002

Education: Canaan graduated from Auburn University in 2001 and received a master’s degree from Auburn University in 2003.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the certification eligibility for incoming student-athletes and serves as a liaison to the Office of Enrollment Services.  Facilitates the NCAA transfer paperwork for all student-athletes and monitors various aspects of recruiting.

Past Experience: Previously served as assistant for Auburn Athletics in the recruiting and compliance departments from 2001-05.

Personal: Canaan is a tative of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Susan is married to Sean Canaan, and they have two children, a daughter, Calleigh and a son, Sam.
