Education: Francois earned both her bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Counseling from Missouri State University. In addition, Francois holds two specialized certificates, one in Sports Studies and another in Forensic Child Psychology. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Higher Education Administration with a minor in Sport Management at Auburn University. Francois is working toward certificates in Adult Education and College and University Teaching, and holds a leadership certificate through Auburn University's Athletic Department.

Job Responsibilities: Francois assists the Director of Operations in planning and executing team activities, alumni events, team travel, on-campus recruiting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Francois works closely with the track and field staff and other departments within the athletic department to handle daily administrative responsibilities. Additionally, Francois supports the oversight of student managers and practice operations, including track setup, breakdown, and assisting coaches during practices. She is also involved in meet management for home meets and other hosted events.

Experience: Francois has been a part of Auburn University since 2020. She began her journey in the Education department, where she served as the managing editor for the Journal for the Study of Sports and Athletes in Education. Following that role, she transitioned to a position as a graduate assistant with AuburnYOU, the student-athlete development program within Auburn Athletics. After two years in this capacity, Francois moved into her current role with Auburn’s Track and Field program. Prior to her time at Auburn, Kadisha was a Division I Track and Field athlete and served as an administrative graduate assistant to the Department Head at Missouri State.

Personal: Francois, originally from the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, is a former international student-athlete.
