Jeremy Lees joined the Auburn Football staff in December 2025. He serves as Director of Logistics.
He came to Auburn following 23 years at South Florida including his most recent tenure of Assistant AD for Equipment Operations from 2013-25.
At USF, Lees directed equipment operations for all 21 sports programs, managing purchasing, maintenance, and inventory while overseeing the university's primary apparel contract. He led a 24-person equipment staff, handled departmental budgeting, and served as the primary liaison with manufacturers and vendors to support coaches, protect student-athletes, and maximize purchasing power.
Lees began his career at USF as a student manager for the football program in 2002, just five years after the program began. He was promoted to Head Football Equipment Manager in 2006. In 2011, he was again promoted to Director of Equipment Operations, overseeing all USF Athletics' equipment, and was promoted again to Assistant Director of Athletics in 2013.
While at USF, Lees gained extra experience working the sidelines for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, hosting the Super Bowl champion Steelers for Super Bowl XLIII, as well as hosting Alabama for the 2017 College Football Playoff held at Raymond James Stadium.
Lees is a member of the American Equipment Managers Association. He graduated from USF with a business management degree after attending Hudson High School, where he played football and baseball.
He and his wife, Debbie, have three children, Owen, Makenna and Macie.
