Jolie Ale joined the Auburn Football staff in January 2026. She serves as Director of Recruiting Strategy and External Engagement.

Prior to coming to Auburn, Ale worked as Oklahoma’s Director of Recruiting Strategy and External Engagement from 2024-25. Her time at OU was a return to college football following a stint in community relations with the Los Angeles Chargers from 2023-24.

She also worked as Director of On-Campus Recruiting at Utah from 2021-22.

A 2019 graduate of the University of Southern California, Ale was a member of the USC football recruiting department from 2017 to 2020. She earned a master’s degree in 2022.
