Education: Jackson is a 2002 graduate of Opelika High School, where he developed the strong work ethic and foundational skills that continue to support his professional career.
Job Responsibilities: Jackson helps oversee the daily cleaning and floor-care needs of Auburn’s athletic facilities. His duties include supporting the custodial team, organizing schedules, assisting with event setups, maintaining safe and presentable environments, coordinating with third-party vendors when needed, and communicating with Athletics staff to ensure facilities are prepared for practices and games.
Experience: Jackson spent 13 years running his own cleaning company, Tiger Maids, where he gained experience in managing people, meeting client expectations, and keeping operations running efficiently. After transitioning to Auburn University’s Facilities Management, he served as a supervisor overseeing custodial and floor-care teams. His responsibilities included training staff, coordinating cleaning projects, maintaining building standards, and supporting daily operations across multiple campus facilities.
Personal: A native of Opelika, Alabama, Jackson spent several years on the Opelika swim team as a child. Swimming taught him discipline, endurance, and resilience—qualities that continue to guide his work today.
