Education: Warren earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in 2017 and her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2020.
Job Responsibilities: As Assistant Athletics Director, Warren works with multiple sports, including football, to support daily compliance operations and guide programs through evolving NCAA rules and legislation. Her responsibilities include monitoring compliance activities, assisting with rule interpretations, and supporting coaches, staff, and student-athletes in maintaining adherence to NCAA and conference regulations.
Experience: Warren began her compliance career at the University of Arkansas, serving as a Compliance Assistant from 2019–2021 while completing law school. In 2021, she joined West Virginia University as Assistant Director of Compliance, overseeing recruiting and playing seasons for all 17 sports. She later moved to the University of Central Florida, where she became Director of Compliance. UCF operated under a sport-specific model, and Warren managed all compliance areas for baseball, men’s and women’s golf, and men’s and women’s soccer, later adding women’s basketball. She also led education efforts for coaches, student-athletes, staff, and external groups, and contributed to modernizing departmental policies and procedures.
Personal: A native of Rogers, Arkansas, Warren grew up playing basketball and soccer and spent summers attending a wide range of sports camps. More recently, she has taken up golf. She has two dogs—a golden retriever named Maggie and an aussiedoodle named Bailey. Although raised a Razorback fan, she is excited to begin her work at Auburn. War Eagle!
