Job Responsibilities: Duval serves as Associate AD for NIL Events and Strategic Initiatives, supporting Auburn Athletics’ revenue sharing and NIL operations by managing creative initiatives that enhance student-athlete opportunities. Duval plays a key role in identifying, developing, and executing innovative NIL activations, special projects, and donor/partner engagement efforts to maximize student-athlete support.

Past Experience: Duval served as a student manager for the men's basketball team at the University of Mobile in 1995 and Auburn baseball team from 1997-2000. Duval has worked in a variety of roles at Auburn including graduate administrative assistant (2001),  full time administrative assistant (2002) and then was promoted to Director of Baseball Operations prior to the 2003 season. Duval served as Director of Baseball Operations from 2003 through 2015 before joining the track and field staff in the same capacity in October 2015. Duval has served the last 10 season (2016-2025) as the Director of Operations for Auburn Track & Field/Cross Country where he was responsible for a host of administrative responsibilities within the program from managing the program’s operating budget, to overseeing all aspects of team and individual travel, to all day-to-day administrative oversight.

Personal: Duval is married to the former Jessi Beshears and the couple resides in Auburn with their son, Bronx and daughters, Tessa and Leighton.
