Shiloh Douglass joined the Auburn Football staff in February 2026 as On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator.

Prior to Auburn, she served as a recruiting student worker at Kentucky from 2022-25, where she hosted recruiting events to showcase the university's football program and engaged with prospects and their families. She also managed the recruitment mailing process and distribution of recruiting materials.

A native of Springfield, Ohio, Douglass graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in December 2025.
