Began at Auburn: Fall 2022

Education: DeSimone attended Endicott College, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He received his Master of Science in Athletic Training in the spring of 2016 from the California University of Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibilities: DeSimone serves as an athletic trainer for the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams.

Experience: Before working at Auburn, DeSimone spent 2019-2022 with Wyoming working with their Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving teams and Cheerleading. Prior to that, he spent 3 years working at various NCAA Division III institutions in New York state. He also earned his NASM-PES Certification while in graduate school.

Personal: DeSimone is originally from Connecticut and currently resides in Montgomery, Alabama with his wife (Stephanie), daughter (Harley), and 6 animals.
