Complimentary accessible parking is available on gameday at the VCOM Lot (910 South Donahue Drive). Pre-purchased accessible parking is also available in the Gogue Performing Arts Center Lot (Woodfield Drive) and District Energy Lot (Wire Road).

To park in the designated accessible parking area, fans will need a state-issued hang tag or license plate for ADA. The individual who was issued the handicapped license plate or hang tag by the state must be present in the vehicle.
Change to say “ADA Shuttles will transport limited mobility guests from the white medical tent at the intersection of War Eagle Way & Donahue to Gate 14 (west side) or Gate 1 (east side). The service will begin three hours prior to kickoff. Shuttles will drop-off at Gates 1 and 14 leading up to kickoff. After kickoff, drop-off and pick-up will be at Gate 14 (west side) only until the start of the fourth quarter. At that time, pick-up will once again be at Gates 1 and 14 through one hour post-game. Shuttles are also available from the District Energy Lot (Wire Road).
The service will begin two hours prior to kickoff for SEC and non-SEC games,and drop-off will be at Gates 2 and 14 leading up to kickoff. After kickoff, drop-off and pick-up will be at Gate 14 (west side) only until the start of the fourth quarter. At that time, pick-up will once again be at Gates 2 and 14 through the conclusion of the game and one hour post-game.
Shuttles are also available from the District Energy Lot (Wire Road).
Guests needing assistive listening devices can pick up available units at the guest service tables located outside Gate 1C and Gate 14.

Phone charging stations are located inside the stadium for your convenience during each home game.

In addition, there will be exterior charging stations near the main ticket booths on the east and west sides.
NEW IN 2024: JUUCE portable phone charger kiosks inside Gate 1 and in the Nelson Club will offer fans the opportunity to rent high-speed portable chargers, allowing them to return more quickly to their seats.

The First Aid Stations are located inside Gate 8U, on the main concourse at Section 46, on the east upper deck at Sections 103 & 111, on the west upper deck at Section 51, and one location in the Nelson Club. For emergencies, please call 911.
- Booth locations: inside Gate 14 and 1C (accessible internal & external to stadium). Services offered at these locations include stroller check-in, sensory bags and stadium information.
- Chair locations: outside Gates 5, 9, & 14
Guest Wireless Internet Service is available in the stadium and across campus using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. Users may join by selecting the “AU_Guest” Wi-Fi network from their mobile device.
Auburn University Athletics is not responsible for items lost or left behind at a game or event.
Should an item be found, the item will be turned in at the Main First Aid Station (Section 46 at Jordan-Hare, Section 109 at Neville Arena, main concourse at softball and baseball).
Following the conclusion of each game or event, any remaining items in the First Aid Station not claimed will be turned over to the Auburn Police Division.
Auburn Athletics is committed to making Jordan-Hare Stadium a sensory inclusive location. Athletics has partnered with KultureCity, based in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, and SOUND, a College of Nursing outreach program, to provide the best and most accessible gameday experience for fans attending the game. SOUND is available at the Gate 1 guest service hub to provide resources to anyone with sensory sensitivity/regulation challenges. SOUND has a mobile sensory room, nursing staff and students, and multiple sensory items, including KultureCity bags. KultureCity sensory bags include sound-muffling headphones, fidget tools, and visual cue cards that can help manage sensory overload. Bags can be signed out by leaving an ID and contact information at the SOUND tent located at the Gate 1 guest service hub.
Introduced in 2023 in partnership with Jackson Services and Carrier - official partners of Auburn Athletics – SNASY creates a comfortable and inclusive environment for individuals with special needs. A SNASY/Tiger Babies air-conditioned pod will be located adjacent to the ramp outside Gate 1, equipped with a changing station, supplies and personnel. Families needing assistance may benefit from a dedicated tent on Nicholls Lawn near the ADA bus drop-off location, along with special needs supplies at all in-stadium first aid stations. The accessible tents and spaces will offer private locations for individuals who need a quiet and secluded environment and are designed to ensure easy entry and exit for all attendees, including those with mobility challenges.

Auburn Athletics offers a text message service that allows fans to send questions, concerns, or requests via their mobile phones to the command and control center at Jordan-Hare Stadium. For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text your issue and location to 334-591-HELP (4357). Standard text message rates apply.
Tiger Babies is a service provided by the Auburn School of Nursing for nursing mothers.
- Locations: East upper deck & West upper deck first aid stations, Nelson Club first aid station, pod at sections 14 & 43, tent at the Gameday guest service hub at outside gate 1C
For your convenience, complimentary water refill stations are available throughout Jordan-Hare Stadium and can be found inside gate 13 (next to team shop store), inside gate 17, west upper deck at section 55, east upper deck at section 101 & 108, and the main concourse behind sections 10, 21, 26, 34, & 42
- Fans are allowed to bring in one empty clear water bottle for use at the complimentary water refill stations and one unopened factory-sealed bottle of water (up to 1 liter in size).
Gameday Emergency Preparedness
- Emergency announcements may be made on the stadium public address system, outer concourse, or voice capable outdoor warning sirens on campus.
- Tune your radio to FM 94.3 for emergency updates.
- Tune your radio to AM 1650 for gameday traffic updates and information in the event of an emergency.
- Police, event staff and emergency responders can assist if you need information or direction.
- If instructed to evacuate the stadium, leave in an orderly fashion and assist others as needed.
- Do not return until told it is safe to do so by police, event staff or other emergency responders.
- Do not use elevators in the event of a fire evacuation or power failure.
- Should an evacuation of Jordan-Hare Stadium be required or if fans elect to leave the stadium to seek shelter in designated shelter buildings, re-entry will be allowed with presentation of the patron’s ticket once the emergency situation has ended.
- Designate a location both inside and outside of the stadium to meet friends and family if you become separated.— Once seated, locate the nearest exit and an alternate exit just in case you have to evacuate.
- Report any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern to the nearest police officer or event personnel.
- To send a message to command and control at Jordan-Hare Stadium, text YOUR ISSUES AND LOCATION TO 334-591-HELP (4357).
- Always follow the directions of the announcer, police, event staff and emergency responders.
- Monitor the weather prior to the game.
- Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends from severe weather before, during and after the game.
- If notified to seek shelter, the outer concourse as well as the buildings immediately surrounding the stadium will be open for your use.
