Wheelchair accessible, companion, and easy access seating tickets may be purchased in advance through the Auburn Ticket Office at 855-282-2010 option 1, or visit the ticket office located at the Neville Arena Scholarship Entry. Wheelchair-accessible, companion, and easy-access seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Complimentary accessible parking is available on gameday at the VCOM Lot (910 South Donahue Drive). Pre-purchased accessible parking is also available in the Gogue Performing Arts Center Lot (Woodfield Drive) and District Energy Lot (Wire Road).

To park in the designated accessible parking area, fans will need a state-issued hang tag or license plate for ADA. The individual who was issued the handicapped license plate or hang tag by the state must be present in the vehicle.

ADA Shuttles will transport limited mobility guests from the white medical tent at the intersection of War Eagle Way & Donahue to Gate 14 (west side) or Gate 2 (east side). ADA patrons may through another gate on the west or east side and are not limited to entering through Gate 14 or Gate 2.

The service will begin two hours prior to kickoff for SEC and non-SEC games,and drop-off will be at Gates 2 and 14 leading up to kickoff. After kickoff, drop-off and pick-up will be at Gate 14 (west side) only until the start of the fourth quarter. At that time, pick-up will once again be at Gates 2 and 14 through the conclusion of the game and one hour post-game. 

Shuttles are also available from the District Energy Lot (Wire Road).

Seating accommodations for individuals who have difficulties such as using stairs and/or walking long distances are available based on available inventory. Fans inquiring about seating accommodations can contact the Ticket Office, in-person, via email or by calling (855) 282-2010 Option 1. On gamedays venue box offices are also available when gates open for the public to enter the facility. Seating accommodations are limited and based on available inventory. The inner concourse of Jordan-Hare stadium runs between rows 27 and 28, which require the least number of steps. Individuals are also encouraged to look at available inventory around these rows on SeatGeek, the official secondary ticket marketplace for Auburn Athletics. 

Fans requiring wheelchair accessible and companion seating may purchase tickets by contacting the Ticket Office, in-person, via email or by calling (855) 282-2010 Option 1. Wheelchair seating is limited and based upon available inventory in Sections 17, 18, 33, 35, 37 and 44. Companion seating is a folding chair for guests who do not require a wheelchair. Wheelchair and companion seating can be purchased and/or exchanged for other valid Auburn Football tickets.  

For easiest access to wheelchair accessible or easy access seating areas and elevators, guests should enter Jordan-Hare Stadium at Gates 5 or 18. Gate 5 is located on Heisman Drive in close proximity to the Heisman statues. Gate 18 is also located Heisman Drive across from Neville Arena.

Students who require an accessible entrance on gameday should enter through Gate 5.

There are 3 public elevators located in the stadium.

Gate 18 (Accessibility Entrance): North Elevator is located on the west concourse near Section 5. South Elevator is located on the west concourse near Section 8.

Gate 5 (Accessibility Entrance): Interior entrance to the East Elevator Lobby is located on the east concourse near Section 29.

There are four “bottom to top of the stadium” ramps located on the west concourse near Sections 1, 5, 8 and 11. There is one “bottom to top of stadium” ramp located on the east concourse just inside of Gate 1, near Section 34.

Guests needing assistive listening devices can pick up available units at the guest service tables located inside Gate 1U and Gate 14.

Auburn Athletics is committed to making Jordan-Hare Stadium a sensory-inclusive location. Numerous staff members completed sensory-inclusive training in order to provide the best and most accessible gameday experience for fans attending the game. Sensory bags include headphones and tactile items that can lessen sensory overload for individuals with sensory needs. Bags can be signed out by leaving an ID and contact information with Guest Services personnel at the booths located inside Gates 1 and 14 or at the SOUND trailer located ouside Gate 1. 

Introduced in 2023 in partnership with Jackson Services and Carrier - official partners of Auburn Athletics – SNASY creates a comfortable and inclusive environment for individuals with special needs. A SNASY/Tiger Babies air-conditioned pod will be located adjacent to the ramp outside Gate 1, equipped with a changing station, supplies and personnel. Families needing assistance may benefit from a dedicated tent on Nicholls Lawn near the ADA bus drop-off location, along with special needs supplies at all in-stadium first aid stations. The accessible tents and spaces will offer private locations for individuals who need a quiet and secluded environment and are designed to ensure easy entry and exit for all attendees, including those with mobility challenges.
