DIGITAL TICKETS

Auburn Athletics will continue to provide digital tickets for the 2024 Football season. Digital tickets help to increase convenience, flexibility and safety for fans on gamedays. Click here for more information on digital tickets.

To assist with scanning, fans are encouraged to increase the brightness levels on their phones before arriving at the gate.

Fans will use “DIGITAL” tickets for season/single-game tickets and transfers. Digital tickets will be scanned off of your mobile device for entry. Downloading your digital tickets before arriving at the event is highly recommended, as it prevents trouble loading the tickets at the gate due to possible limited internet connectivity on gamedays.

  • Digital Delivery: Reminder to open and download the tickets into your digital wallet on your mobile device and bring to the game as this is your ticket for entrance into Jordan-Hare Stadium. These tickets CANNOT be printed on a piece of paper and scanned at the gate for entrance.
  • Download your tickets before arriving on campus to help insure strong Wi-Fi connection and less gameday issues. It is also recommended to pay attention to your mobile device’s remaining battery life.
  • Have your mobile tickets open and ready to go when arriving at the gate. If you have multiple tickets, please help event staff and swipe to the next ticket after each successful scan.
  • Two emails are sent at the conclusion of a ticket transaction. One to confirm the purchase, and the second with a link to access the digital tickets. (Please check your junk or spam folders if either of these two emails are not received. It is also recommended that you save the email address tickets@auburn.edu as a favorite or safe email address.)
  • The Neville Arena Ticket Office will open at 8:00 am for games kicking off at 1:00 pm of earlier. The ticket office will open four hours before kickoff for games starting after 1:00 pm.
  • The Neville Arena Ticket Office will remain open until the conclusion of halftime.
  • The Jordan-Hare Stadium Box Offices will open two hours prior to kickoff and are located between Gates 6-7 on the southeast side of the stadium, between Gates 2-3 on the northeast side, and between Gates 13-14 on the west side.
  • The Jordan-Hare Stadium Box Offices will remain open until the conclusion of halftime.

Tickets obtained from sources other than the Auburn Ticket Office could be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and, if so, may be seized and canceled without compensation. Management reserves the unrestricted right to revoke this license or to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unbecoming.

  • The Auburn Athletics Ticket Office is located on the first floor of Neville Arena next to the Arena Scholarship entrance (by the Charles Barkley Statue) facing the west side of Jordan-Hare Stadium.
  • Office hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday – Friday.
  • For ticket information, call (855) AUB-2010 Option #1.

Auburn Athletics does NOT permit photocopies, scans, screenshots, or pictures of tickets to be used to gain entry to Jordan-Hare Stadium. Digital tickets also can not be printed and scanned for entrance. Only original or officially transferred tickets will be accepted for entrance.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the expressed written consent of the Auburn University Athletics Department and/or Auburn Sports Properties.

The Auburn Athletics Ticket Office uses electronic scanners at all gates. This technology helps cut down on fraudulent tickets entering Jordan-Hare Stadium as well as gives ticket holders the ability to receive digital tickets, transfer tickets and use the ticket donation options.

If ticket holders are unable to attend Auburn football games at Jordan-Hare Stadium, there is now a convenient and free way to transfer or donate those tickets to other Auburn fans. Log on to AUBTIX.com.

The Auburn Ticket Office offers four separate locations for resolving ticketing issues on gamedays. The Neville Arena Ticket Office, and all three stadium ticket booths (West, Southeast, & Northeast) offer ticket troubleshooting. Please visit one of these locations for assistance on ticket related issues.

Student Tickets

Block seating will be available to recognized organizations based on their spirit point accumulation in Sections 24-27. Every student, regardless of block affiliation, must order his or her own tickets. Spirit block seating will be enforced until 15 minutes prior to kickoff, and any unoccupied seats will be open to any student after kickoff. Spirit points are calculated and maintained by the Student Government Association. For more information on the block seating program, please contact the SGA office at auburn.edu/sga or (334) 844-4240.

Given the creation of the ticketing pool, there must be a system to hold students accountable to return their unwanted tickets. As a result, more students who want to experience gameday will have the opportunity and the student section should be filled.
  • Students will receive no penalty if they return their unwanted ticket to the pool before midnight the Sunday night prior to the game.
  • Students will receive 1 penalty point if they return their ticket after Sunday at midnight but before 5 p.m. on Friday before the game, the point at which tickets may no longer be returned.
  • Students will receive 2 penalty points if they fail to attend the game or fail to arrive by the start of the 2nd quarter.
  • If a student receives 4 or more points during the season, they will lose post-season (bowl and championship games) ticket privileges and will be dropped below first-year status during ticket orders the following season.

The Student Section includes Sections 17-27, upper part of Section 28, Section 99 and Section 100. Wheelchair seating is available for students in Section 25. Students may enter the stadium through Gates 5,6, 7 and 8. There are barriers at each end of the Student Section in order to prevent non-students from entering. Students must present Ignited Card to security personnel at the student gates to enter. There is no re-entry to the Student Section, even if a student exits into other areas of Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Wheelchair seating is available for students in Section 25. Due to the large number of fans, people with special needs (e.g. those with disabilities, health concerns, elderly, etc.) are encouraged to plan on entering/exiting the stadium prior to peak times. Enter the stadium at least 45-60 minutes before kick-off. Exit prior to the end of the game or make plans to remain in your seats for 45-60 minutes after the game for consideration of your health and safety

Students can now donate their ticket back to a ticket pool. The ticket pool is first come/first served. Any student who does not have a ticket for a game can request a free ticket from the pool.
