Auburn Tigers in the National Football League -- Week 4
Cameron Artis-Payne (RB, Carolina Panthers)
Earned his second consecutive start in Carolina's 48-33 loss to the Falcons. He had six carries for 12 yards. For the season, he has 59 yards on 18 carries. The second-year man out of Harrisburg, Pa., rushed for 183 yards and a touchdown and caught five passes for 58 yards in seven games as a rookie. Artis-Payne became the 34th Auburn running back drafted in the common draft era when he was selected by the Panthers in the fifth round of the 2015 draft.
Peyton Barber (RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Saw the field but did not record any stats as the Buccaneers fell to Denver 27-7. Barber made the Buccaneers' 53-man roster after going undrafted in 2016. The Alpharetta, Ga., product rushed for 1,017 yards and 13 touchdowns in 2015 for the Tigers.
Daren Bates (LB, Oakland Raiders)
Had two tackles (one solo) in the Raiders' 28-27 win over Baltimore. He has four tackles for the season. A special teams captain, Bates appeared in 15 games with the Rams in 2015. The undrafted third-year man out of Memphis, Tenn., has compiled 29 tackles in his career.
Angelo Blackson (DL, Tennessee Titans)
Assisted on a tackle as Tennessee fell to the Texans 27-20. Blackson has five tackles for the season. The second-year man out of Wilmington, Del., appeared in all 16 games as a rookie totaling 15 tackles, 2.5 sacks and forced and recovered a fumble.
Quan Bray (WR, Indianapolis Colts)
Bray, serving as the Colts' primary return man on kickoffs and punts, returned a kick 39 yards and two punts for a 9.0-yard average with a long of 14 in the Colts' 30-27 loss to Jacksonville in London. He is averaging 25.8 yards on five kick returns and 6.2 yards on five punt returns this season. He has also caught one pass for seven yards. As a rookie, the LaGrange, Ga., native returned 21 kicks for 570 yards (27.1 avg.) with a long of 60 and returned 21 punts for 166 yards (7.9 avg.) with a long of 33.
Sammie Coates (WR, Pittsburgh Steelers)
Recorded a game-high 76 yards on six catches with a long of 47 in the Steelers' 43-14 win over Kansas City. Coates has 13 receptions for 282 yards (average of 21.7 yards per catch) four games into the season. The second-year man from Leroy, Ala., appeared in six games as a rookie, and has 14 catches for 293 yards in his young career. Coates became the first Auburn wide receiver drafted since 2007 when the Steelers selected him in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

Shon Coleman (OT, Cleveland Browns)
Did not see the field in the Browns' 31-20 loss to Washington. Coleman was the first Tiger taken off the board in the 2016 NFL Draft, going 76th overall in the third round. The Olive Branch, Miss., native started 25 games in his career as a Tiger and was a second-team All-SEC selection as a senior.
Karlos Dansby (LB, Cincinnati Bengals)
Dansby tallied four total tackles (two solo) in the Bengals' 22-7 win over Miami. He has 26 tackles (16 solo) for the season. The 13-year veteran led the Cleveland Browns last season with 108 tackles (62 solo) and three interceptions, including two pick-sixes. He also forced two fumbles while starting all 16 games. The former All-SEC linebacker is the only active player in the NFL with at least 40 sacks and 15 interceptions, and with one more interception he will become only the fifth player in NFL history with 40 sacks and 20 interceptions. The Birmingham, Ala. native has racked up 1,230 tackles (944 solo), 41.0 sacks, 19 interceptions (six returned for touchdowns) and 18 forced fumbles during his time with the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals.
Chris Davis (CB, San Francisco)
Assisted on a sack, the first of his career, and returned a kick 23 yards in the 49ers' 24-17 loss to Dallas. The third year man from Birmingham, Ala., has 18 tackles in his career after going undrafted in 2014.
King Dunlap (OL, San Diego Chargers)
Missed the Chargers' 35-34 loss to New Orleans due to migraines. The Nashville, Tenn., native has started in 55 of his 88 games played in his nine-year career.
Nick Fairley (DL, New Orleans Saints)
Started at nose tackle for the fourth-straight game where he gathered 1.5 sacks for the second-consecutive game as part of a three tackle performance in the Saints' 35-34 win over San Diego. Fairley has 16 tackles and three sacks for the year in his first season as a Saint. The former first round draft pick and Lombardi Award winner had 29 tackles and 0.5 sacks last season as a member of the St. Louis Rams. The Mobile, Ala., native has 143 tackles, four forced fumbles and 17 sacks in his six-year career.
Dee Ford (LB, Kansas City Chiefs)
Started at outside linebacker where he made six total tackles (two solo) including a half sack as the Chiefs fell to Pittsburgh 43-14. For the season, Ford has 14 tackles (nine solo) and a 1.5 sacks. The Odenville, Ala., native had 23 tackles and four sacks last season. Ford became the highest-drafted Auburn defensive end since Gerald Robinson in 1986 when the Chiefs selected him 23rd overall in the 2014 draft. He has 45 tackles in his career including seven sacks.
Corey Grant (RB, Jacksonville Jaguars)
Returned four kicks for a 20-yard average with a long of 28 yards as Jacksonville defeated the Colts 30-27 in London. Grant scored the first touchdown of his NFL career in week two on a 15-yard reception. He is averaging 21.3 yards on 12 returns this season with a long of 32. The second-year man from Opelika, Ala., finished his rookie season with six carries for two yards, two receptions for 13 yards and eight kick returns for 220 yards (team-best 27.5 yards per average) with a long of 42 yards.
Josh Harris (LS, Atlanta Falcons)
Served as the Falcon's long snapper in their 48-33 win over Carolina while also recording a special teams tackle. The Carrolton, Ga., native, now in his fifth season, has served as Atlanta's long snapper in all 67 games of his NFL career.
Jonathan Jones (DB, New England Patriots)
Saw the field but did not record any stats as New England fell to the Bills 16-0. Jones has one tackle on the season. The Carrolton, Ga., native made the Patriots' 53-man roster after going undrafted in 2016. The All-SEC selection tallied 129 tackles in his career at Auburn with seven interceptions.
Brandon King (DB, New England Patriots)
Saw the field on special teams but did not record any stats as New England fell to the Bills 16-0. King compiled 12 tackles, forced a fumble and appeared on special teams in 13 games as a rookie. The Alabaster, Ala. native was picked up by New England after going undrafted in 2015.
DaVonte Lambert (DT, Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Recorded two solo stops in the Buccaneers' 27-7 loss to Denver. He has four tackles in his rookie season. Lambert made the Buccaneers 53-man roster after not being drafted in 2016. The Keysville, Ga., native had 48 career tackles at Auburn.
Corey Lemonier (LB, Cleveland Browns)
Made his first start of the season and tallied three solo stops as Cleveland fell to the Redskins 31-20. For the season, he has seven tackles including a sack and a forced fumble. Lemonier had 12 tackles last season with the San Francisco 49ers appearing in 10 games with two starts. A third-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Miami, Fla. native has compiled 41 tackles (31 solo), two sacks and a safety in his NFL career.
Ricardo Louis (WR, Cleveland Browns)
Made his second consecutive start and hauled in three passes for 28 yards with a long of 13. For the season, the rookie has caught six passes for 68 yards (11.3 yards per catch). The Browns selected Louis in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Louis and Sammie Coates (2015 third round selection of the Pittsburgh Steelers) were the first pair of Auburn wide receivers to be drafted in consecutive years since Ben Obamanu (2006), Devin Aromashodu (2006) and Courtney Taylor (2007).
Sen'Derrick Marks (DL, Jacksonville Jaguars)
Had two tackles including a sack on the Colts' Andrew Luck on the second to last play of the game to help preserve the 30-27 win for the Jaguars in London. Marks has four tackles for the season including a sack. The eighth-year veteran had six tackles and three PBUs last season in four games (two starts). The Mobile, Ala., native had his best season in 2014 as he set career highs in tackles (44) and sacks (8.5). Marks was ranked the 78th best player in the NFL on the player-voted NFL Top 100 Players of 2015 list. For his career, he has 187 tackles and 16.5 sacks.
Cam Newton (QB, Carolina Panthers)
Newton was 14-of-25 for 165 yards and a touchdown and added 30 yards on the ground before exiting the game with an injury as Carolina fell to the Falcons 48-33. Since 2011, Newton has the most rushing touchdowns in the NFL among active players and second only to Marshawn Lynch (51) for most overall. He is the first player in Panthers history with 12 300-yard games and became the Panthers career leader with 122 touchdown passes in week two. Newton is the only player in the NFL with at least four passing touchdowns in four different games since the beginning of the 2015 season. In week one, he scored the 44th rushing touchdown of his career, passing Steve Young for the most by a quarterback in NFL history. The week one performance was also the 32nd time in his career that Newton rushed and passed for a touchdown in the same game, breaking a tie with Steve Young for the most in NFL history. For the season, the reigning NFL MVP has thrown for 974 yards and six touchdowns and rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns. Last season, the College Park, Ga., native became the first player in NFL history to pass for 30 touchdowns and rush for 10 touchdowns in a single season. He finished the season with 3,837 passing yards and 35 touchdowns (second most in the NFL) and 636 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. He is the first player in NFL history to start his career with five consecutive seasons with over 3,000 passing yards and 500 yards rushing. In his career, Newton has compiled 19,237 yards through the air with 123 touchdowns and has 3,354 yards rushing with 45 touchdowns. The 2010 Heisman Trophy winner became Auburn's fourth No. 1 overall pick when Carolina selected him in the 2011 draft.
Cody Parkey (PK, Cleveland Browns)
Parkey was 2-for-2 with a long of 51 and 2-for-2 on extra points while recording a touchback on 3-of-4 kickoff attempts in the Browns' 31-20 loss to Washington. For the season, the Jupiter, Fla., native has converted 5-of-8 FG attempts and is 3-for-3 on extra points. Parkey missed the majority of the 2015 season with an injury. Prior to the injury, he was 3-for-4 on field goal attempts and went 7-for-7 on extra points. He also averaged 60.9 yards per kickoff with three touchbacks. Parkey had one of the best rookie seasons by a kicker in NFL history in 2014 as he set the NFL rookie scoring record with 150 points and was named to the 2015 Pro Bowl.
Jerraud Powers (CB, Baltimore Ravens)
Recorded a solo tackle in the Ravens' 28-27 loss to Oakland. Last season, Powers compiled 52 tackles (46 solo), nine pass deflections, a sack, an interception and returned a fumble for a touchdown while starting in 13 games. The Decatur, Ala., native has started in all but five games in his NFL career while compiling 381 tackles and 11 interceptions.
Jay Prosch (FB, Houston Texans)
Caught a 6- yard pass and tallied one carry while helping to block for 359 yards of offense as the Texans defeated Tennessee 27-20. He has two carries for two yards and one catch for six yards for the season. Prosch started every game at fullback for the Texans last season with six carries for 33 yards and racked up nine tackles on special teams. The Saraland, Ala. native was a sixth-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
Greg Robinson (OL, Los Angeles Rams)
Got the start at left tackle and helped pave the way for 288 yards of offense in the Rams' 17-13 win over Arizona. Robinson started every game in 2015. The Thibodaux, La., native was drafted second overall in the 2014 NFL Draft, the highest-drafted offensive lineman in Auburn history. He played in all 16 games of his rookie season with 12 starts. He has started in 32 of his 36 games played in his career.
Pat Sims (DL, Cincinnati Bengals)
Assisted on two tackles in the Bengals' 22-7 win over Miami. Sims has nine tackles for the year. The Fort Lauderdale, Fla., native had 16 tackles last season. A third-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, Sims has compiled 240 tackles and seven sacks in his nine-year career.
Robenson Therezie (DB, Atlanta Falcons)
Saw the field but did not record any stats as Atlanta defeated the Panthers, 48-33. The second-year man from Miami, Fla., appeared in 13 games as a rookie with two starts while recording 33 tackles (27 solo) and an interception.
Neiko Thorpe (DB, Seattle Seahawks)
Saw the field but did not record any stats as Seattle defeated the Jets, 27-17. Last season, Thorpe appeared in 14 games, starting two, and compiled 40 tackles (37 solo), 6 PBUs and an interception. A key part of Auburn's 2010 National Championship team, Thorpe has made 53 tackles in his NFL career.
CJ Uzomah (TE, Cincinnati Bengals)
Ranked second on the team with four catches for 45 yards with a long of 19 as Cincinnati defeated the Dolphins, 22-7. Uzomah has 11 receptions for 144 yards (average of 13.1 per catch) for the season with a long of 54. The Suwanee, Ga., native became the first Auburn tight end drafted since Walter Reeves (1989) when the Bengals selected him in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
Christian Westerman (OG, Cincinnati Bengals)
Did not see the field in Cincinnati's 22-7 win over the Dolphins. The Chandler, Ariz., native was picked up in the fifth round (No. 161 overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft. He played at Auburn from 2011-12 before transferring to Arizona State.
Gabe Wright (DL, Cleveland Browns)
Recorded a solo stop and knocked down a pass in the Browns' 31-20 loss to Washington. The Columbus, Ga., native had six tackles last season as a rookie while appearing in seven games including one start. Wright was drafted in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
Avery Young (OL, New Orleans Saints)
Young is currently on the Saints' reserve/non-football injury list and will miss the first six weeks of the season. The Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., native went undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft after starting 36 games for the Tigers in his collegiate career.
