  • Hit .385 with team highs with five hits and three RBI in the SEC Tournament

  • Picked up his seventh win of the season after throwing the final six innings in Auburn's 5-4 victory over Ole Miss in the first round of the SEC Tournament
  • Allowed two runs, only one earned, and struck out nine while not allowing a walk vs. the Rebels in his first relief appearance of the season
  • Second in the SEC with a 1.93 ERA
  • Ranks sixth in the SEC with 97 strikeouts this season, which are the most by a Tiger pitcher since Chris Bootcheck struck out 101 in 2000, despite missing three starts.
  • Has struck out 24 over his last 22.2 IP since his last walk in the seventh inning at Texas A&M on April 7. The streak covers the entirety of his last four appearances plus his final two-thirds of an inning vs. the Aggies.

Team Notes

Auburn went 1-2 in the SEC Tournament, defeating Ole Miss 5-4 before falling to top-seeded Florida 5-4 and Arkansas 12-0 ... The Tigers won three of four against Ole Miss over a six-day stretch as Auburn took two of three from the Rebels on the final weekend of the regular season ... Cole Lipscomb, who is tied for ninth in the SEC with six saves, picked up his first start of the season vs. top-seeded Florida. Lipscomb allowed four runs (three earned) on five hits in 3.2 IP while striking out two and not walking a batter ... Calvin Coker struck out a career-high six batters, all in succession, in 3.2 innings of work while only allowing one run on four hits and two walks against Florida ... Conor Davis recorded a two-run double in Auburn's four-run seventh inning vs. Florida. Davis now has 29 RBI on the season, which are the most RBI by an Auburn freshman since Casey McElroy drove in 35 runs in 2009 ... Casey Mize (1.93) and Keegan Thompson (2.43) rank second and fourth respectively in the SEC in ERA ... Daniel Robert notched his 14th multi-hit game in 2017 with a pair of hits vs. Florida ... Dylan Ingram currently leads Auburn with a 22-game reached base streak ... After playing two one-run games in the SEC Tournament, Auburn is 12-6 in one-run games in 2017. It is the most one-run games the Tigers have played since also playing 18 one-run games in 2012 (8-10). The last time the Tigers played more than 18 one-run games and the last time Auburn won more than 12 one-run games was 2005 (14-7) ...
