AUBURN, Ala. – Three members of the No. 5 Auburn gymnastics team were honored by the Southeastern Conference as the league announced its weekly awards. Freshman Sunisa Lee was named Gymnast of the Week, while senior Derrian Gobourne was Co-Specialist of the Week and Sophia Groth earned Freshman of the Week.
 
The trio played major roles in Auburn's big weekend, helping the Tigers set a program record with a 198.575 on Friday in a tie with Florida. In addition, the squad tied a program road record Sunday with a 197.750 at the annual Elevate the Stage meet.
 
Auburn also set program records on beam (49.725) and floor (49.800) and tied a program best on vault (49.500) against the Gators.
 
The weekly honor for Lee is her fifth of the season – Freshman (February 1), Gymnast (February 8), Gymnast (February 22), Freshman (March 1), Gymnast (March 8).
 
Lee won both all-around titles on the weekend, capturing seven-straight crowns in the category. She opened with a 39.800 vs. the Gators and followed with a 39.700 at Elevate. With her scores, she moved up to second nationally with a 39.750 NQS.
 
Against Florida, Lee won beam with another 10.0 in the event. She came in a tie for first on bars with a 9.95 and a tie for third on floor with a career-high 9.975.
 
At Elevate, Lee won beam again to up her season total to six titles in the event. She scored a 9.975 to lead all student-athletes. She tied her career high on vault with a 9.925 to finish second and added a 9.925 on floor.
 
The Specialist of the Week award is the first of the season for Gobourne.
 
Highlighting her weekend was her performance on floor against the Gators where the Sarasota, Florida product scored the first perfect 10.0 of her career. That helped the Tigers finish the meet in a tie. She added a pair of 9.9s on vault and bars.
 
On Sunday, Gobourne captured the bars title with a career-high 9.975, helping Auburn go 49.550 in the event. She added a 9.900 on floor and a 9.850 on vault, guiding Auburn to their program road record score.
 
Groth earned her third Freshman of the Week honor following a huge weekend for the squad.
 
In just her second appearance in the all-around, Groth finished with a career-high 39.700 against Florida Frida night. She scored a 9.925 or better in three events, setting or tying three career highs on the way.
 
Groth's 9.975 on floor and 9.925 on bars set a career high, while her 9.95 on beam tied her career score.
 
The West Des Moines, Iowa product had a great meet at Elevate on Sunday. She started with a 9.875 on floor and followed with a 9.9 on bars and a 9.925 on beam. Her beam score finished second on the day.
