NASHVILLE , Tenn. — Auburn men's golf sophomore Ryan Eshleman used a 1-under, 70 to rise 17 spots on the individual leaderboard and close out the final round of play Sunday the Mason Rudolph Championship. 

Eshleman used a clean round, two birdies and just one bogey, to card a final score of 216 (+3). The Birmingham, Alabama native finished tied for 41st to lead Auburn's trio of individual golfers at the Vanderbilt Legends Club.

Junior C.J. Easley finished a stroke behind Eshleman at 4-over, 217, while sophomore Max Johnson capped the second tournament of his career at 226 (+13). 

Cole Sherwood of Vanderbilt won the individual championship at 17-under, 196. 

The Tigers will return to action April 11-12 in their final regular season team event of the year at the Mossy Oak Collegiate in West Point, Mississippi.
