AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn men's golf will send four student-athletes to compete at the esteemed 122nd edition of U.S. Amateur in Paramus, New Jersey.
 
Making their career debuts at the tournament will be juniors Carson Bacha and J.M. Butler and sophomores Frankie Harris and Evan Vo.
 
Butler received exemption status as a top-50 points leader in the World Amateur Golf Rankings while Bacha, Harris and Vo all punched tickets via various qualifiers.
 
Dually hosted by The Ridgewood Country Club and Arcola Country Club, the U.S. Amateur hosts 312 of the nation's top amateur golfers who will compete all week long for top honors. Monday, Aug. 15 and Tuesday, Aug. 16 will see the men square off in 36 holes of stroke play before cutting the field to 64 to commence match play on Wednesday, Aug. 17.

The event will culminate with a 36-hole championship match on Sunday, Aug. 21.
 
Television coverage will be provided via Peacock and The Golf Channel beginning at 2 p.m. CT with Wednesday's opening round of match play.
 
Notable past winners of the U.S. Amateur include Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods and Bryson DeChambeau.
