AUSTIN, Texas — Auburn soccer junior Anna Haddock was named a College Sports Communicators (CSC) Third Team Academic All-American for the second consecutive season Tuesday.

Haddock is one of only four student-athletes nationwide to make back-to-back appearances on the list from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, she becomes just the fourth player, and the third midfielder, in Auburn history to earn multiple appearances as an Academic All-American.

"Anna epitomizes the term student-athlete," Tigers head coach Karen Hoppa said. "She is exceptional in the classroom and on the field. We are thrilled to see her receive a second-straight Academic All-America Award because it is so well deserved."

In her three seasons donning the Orange and Blue, Haddock has accumulated a perfect 4.0 GPA while pursuing her bachelor's in management. The Bowling Green, Kentucky native has also earned recognition for her academic success a member of the Chi Sigma Alpha Honor Society as well as the SEC Academic Honor Roll and the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

On the pitch, Haddock's junior campaign consisted of three goals and six assists across 18 total matches played. Haddock led the 2022 squad in four offensive categories — assists (6), points (12), shots (51) and shots on goal (25).

Over her 56-game career, Haddock owns 14 goals, 24 assists, 52 points and five game-winners. Haddock has also started every match since first stepping on The Plains in 2020.
