- Held the nation's eighth-best hitting team to two hits, neither of which left the infield, and faced just two batters over the minimum through 6.0 innings and four over the minimum in his outing.

With the win in the series opener at Alabama, Auburn improved to 9-3 against the Crimson Tide in weekend games since 2018 … the Tigers scored eight runs in the series opener, marking the team's 14th straight game scoring five or more runs … it marked the longest streak since scoring five or more runs in 17 straight games at the end of the 2008 season and beginning of 2009 season … Auburn pitchers turned in the lowest ERA in a SEC series this season at Alabama … Bryson Ware went on an 18-game hit streak from Mar. 14-Apr. 14 and reached base in the first 34 games of the season … his 18-game hit streak was the longest by an Auburn player since Anfernee Grier from 2015-16 and was the longest active streak in the league … Ware and LSU's Dylan Crews were the only two players in the league to reach in their team's first 34 games of the season … Bobby Peirce became the fourth Auburn player to go on a double-digit game hit streak this season, collected a hit in 11 straight games from Mar. 28-Apr. 15 … Peirce became the first Auburn player to record five hits in a game at Georgia Tech Tuesday, going 5-for-5 with three runs and finishing a home run shy of the cycle … Ike Irish collected his 20th multi-hit game of the season in his 36th career game in the series finale this past weekend.
