AUBURN, Ala. – Four Auburn players have received postseason honors from the Southeastern Conference, the league announced on Thursday. Megan Schofill has been named first-team All-SEC, Anna Foster was tapped as a second-team All-SEC selection, Casey Weidenfeld received SEC All-Freshman honors and Ashley-Sinclair Curtis has been named to the SEC Community Service Team.

Schofill has now received All-SEC honors in all four of her seasons on the Plains and has been named first-team All-SEC twice after receiving first-team honors during her freshman season in 2020.

The Auburn senior has had a memorable season and continues to make her presence felt in the Auburn record books. In October, Schofill shot 207 (-9) to win the individual title at the Mason Rudolph Championship in Franklin, Tennessee for her third career individual victory and SEC Player of the Week recognition following the win. She also posted a runner-up individual finish at the 2023 SEC Championship.

Schofill's 205 (-11) at the Illini Women's Invitational at Medinah in the fall tied her for the second all-time lowest 54-hole score in Auburn history, and her second round 65 (-7) at the event tied the second lowest 18-hole score in program history.

The Monticello, Florida native currently holds the Auburn record for most career rounds under par (43) and has the lowest scoring average in program history at 72.09 (minimum 60 rounds).

Foster now has back-to-back All-SEC appearances after also being named second-team all-conference in 2022. The junior has posted a couple of top-10 individual finishes this season for the Tigers and leads the team in total birdies with 79. Foster also currently holds the second lowest all-time career scoring average at 72.96 (minimum 60 rounds) and sits seventh in program history in rounds under par at 25.

Weidenfeld becomes the 10th Auburn golfer to be named to the SEC All-Freshman team. After using a redshirt during the 2021-22 season, Weidenfeld has made an immediate impact in her first competitive season with the Tigers, starting in the Auburn lineup for all nine team events this season and recording five top-20 individual finishes.

The Penbroke Pines, Florida native has broken 60 four times this season and holds a perfect 3-0 record in match play events. Weidenfeld was named SEC Freshman of the Week in November after her performance at the 2022 East Lake Cup.

Curtis was tapped as a member of the SEC Community Service Team for the second consecutive year. The Auburn junior has been involved in a variety of community service roles during her time at Auburn University. Prior to Auburn's competition at the 2022 East Lake Cup in October, Curtis was named a recipient of the 2022 Tom Cousins Award, which is given to the student-athlete that bets exemplifies the civic, community and philanthropic qualities of East Lake Foundation founder Tom Cousins.

Curtis is also involved as a volunteer with the Distinguished Young Women of Alabama as well as the Distinguished Young Women of Coffee County. The Enterprise, Alabama native was named as a PNC Achiever Award winner in August, which is given to one male and one female student-athlete at Auburn University each semester for their well-rounded achievement through leadership, academic success, community engagement and in competition.

Auburn will begin their quest for the 2023 Women's Golf National Championship on Monday at the San Antonio Regional at TPC San Antonio.
