AUBURN, Ala. — Taylor Chism, a defender with nearly 50 matches of collegiate experience, has joined the Auburn soccer program as the second addition under new head coach James Armstrong.
“Taylor will bring valuable experience to our defensive group,” Armstrong said. “She has demonstrated great personal qualities throughout her career and is hungry to continue her development here at Auburn!”
Chism comes to The Plains with a year of eligibility after spending the previous three seasons at NC State, earning 36 starts and leading the Wolfpack to 10 shutouts. She’s also chipped in on the attack with a goal every year of her career and an assist in the previous two.
Chism is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina, and played club for the Wilmington Hammerheads.
