AUBURN, Ala. – The 2025 Women’s NCAA Championships are officially underway and Auburn kicked off the meet with solid swims in both the 200 medley and 800 free relays inside the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center on Wednesday.
Lora Komoroczy, Anastasia Makarova, Abby Gibbons and Lexie Mulvihill kicked off the evening for the Tigers in the 200 medley relay. The quartet combined for a 1:35.48 to finish 17th overall. While the squad didn’t put any points on the board, the time is the third-fastest relay in school history.
Rounding out the evening in the 800 free relay, Julia Strojnowska, Polina Nevmovenko, Wyllo Hanson and Bella Ekk delivered a 7:05.02 to finish 23rd.
