Education: Henderlong attended Spring Harbor University and received her bachelor of science in Health & Excercise Science (2019). She continued school at Texas Christian University and received her master’s in Liberal Arts (2021). Henderlong also holds her CSCS and FRCms certifications.
Job Responsibilities: As the Assistant Director of Sports Performance, Henderlong will be responsible for the development and implementation of the strength & conditioning program for Women's Soccer.
Experience: Henderlong arrives from North Carolina State University, where she worked primarily with Men’s and Women’s Soccer. Prior to NC State, Henderlong worked at Baylor University where she was responsible for Women's Soccer and Softball. She also served as a High-Performance Intern with Austin FC in Major League Soccer. Prior to her at Baylor, Henderlong was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021. She preceded her time at UNC as a Graduate Assistant at Texas Christian University, serving the Horned Frogs from January 2020 to June 2021. At TCU, she oversaw all aspects of the Strength and Conditioning programs for Women's Soccer and Men's/Women's Cross Country.
