Education: Rapacz received his bachelor's degree in sport management from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2006.

Job Responsibilities: Rapacz is currently responsible for the overseeing the ordering and day to day operations of the football equipment room. He is in-charge of the student managers and sets-up their schedules for fall and spring for coming into work. He works with Under Armour on placing the orders for all the football apparel, uniforms, and footwear. Rapacz is also responsible for loading, unloading, set-up and breakdown of home and road locker rooms. He also works with the contracted trucking company on loading and unloading two semi-trucks for a bowl trip. On top of that, Rapacz works with the equestrian team and places their Under Armour apparel and footwear orders and does the laundry for their team.

Past Experience: Brad started at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for the Gophers Football Program as a student manager, he worked there for four seasons. He worked under two different coaching staffs and went to three bowl games: Music City Bowl and twice to the Insight Bowl.

Personal: A native of St. Paul, Minn., Brad is married to Lindsey.
