Competed in 12 meets throughout the season... Earned NCAA B cuts in the 50 free (22.47), 100 free (48.49) and 100 fly (52.48)... Began her collegiate career with a second-place finish at Louisville in the 50 free (22.79)... Finished second in the 100 free (50.10) in a double dual with Missouri and Indiana... Picked up her first individual wins against Arkansas with a 50.39 in the 100 free and 53.98 in the 100 fly... Scored 49 individual points at the SEC Championships, finishing 15th in the 50 free (22.47), ninth in the 100 free (48.49) and 10th in the 100 fly (52.48)... Added 158 points as part of the 200 free relay (1:27.46) finishing third, 400 free relay (3:14.12) finishing fifth and 200 medley relay (1:35.25) finishing third... The 1:35.25 in the 200 medley relay reset the Auburn program record... Competed as a relay alternate at the NCAA Championships in the 200 medley relay, finishing 15th (1:35.97), earning All-America Honorable Mention... Her 48.49 in the 100 free at the SEC Championships launched Ficken to No. 10 all-time in program history.
