Began at Auburn: November 2024

Education: Ponder graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She then earned a Master of Education in Secondary English from Auburn University in 2011 and a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of West Alabama in 2022.

Job Responsibilities: In her role as Learning Specialist, Ponder supports the development and implementation of data-informed programs and services tailored to assist academically challenged student-athletes, aiming to boost retention and graduation rates.

Past Experience: Previously, from 2021-2024, Ponder worked within surrounding school systems teaching collaborative Secondary Special Education. Additionally, Ponder taught Secondary English for 11 years prior to her previous role.

Personal: Ponder, a proud Auburn Grad, is married to Michael. The two have been married thirteen years and have three young boys, TJ (10), Weston (6), and Logan (2). Outside of their love for soccer, you can find the Ponder’s enjoying time with family and/or reading.
