Competed in four meets… Ran 4:39.09 in the 1500m to finish third at the Cameron Burrell Alumni Invitational… Ran PR (4:36.95) to finish 35th at the UF Tom Jones Memorial 

2023 Indoor 
Competed in three meets… Competed the mile three times... Ran 5:05.76 in to finish 7th at the Clemson Invite… Ran PR (4:59.98) at the Music City Challenge.  

2023 Cross Country 
Competed in six meets... Ran PR (22:47.8) in the 6k at NCAA South Regional... Ran 23:22.9 in the 6k at SEC Cross Country... Ran season best 15:21.4 in the 4k to finish 19th at Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational... Also ran PR (18:55.8) in the 5k at the North Alabama Showcase.

4x800mR school record holder... 4x800mR state runner up... 800m school record holder... Salutatorian
