2015 Cross Country:
Recorded two first place finishes at the Samford XC Invite and the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Finished 11th at the NCAA South Regional Cross Country Championships.

2015 Outdoor:
Competed in two events during the 2015 Outdoor season ... Posted a 6th place finish in the 3000m Steeple during the 2015 War Eagle Invitational with a time of 8:55.19 ... Finished third at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 3000m Steeple.

2015 Indoor:
Set a personal-best in the 5000m at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 14:55.94 to finish sixth ... Ran a personal-best in the 3000m at the Auburn Invitational with a time of 8:25.83 to finish sixth ... Finished fifth in the 3000m at the Husker Invitational with a time of 8:26.07 ... Placed eighth in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational with a time of 14:58.96.

2014 Cross Country:
Competed in six events ... Runner-up at the South Alabama Opener with a time of 18:59.92 ... Placed 12th at the Furman Classic at 25:01.86 ... Ran a 25:18.32 at the SEC Championship to finish 28th.

2014 Outdoor:
Won a silver medal in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2014 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Vermont ... Recorded the fourth-fastest time in school history in the event by clocking in at 9:07.52 at the Larry Ellis Invitational at Princeton ... Won the event on his home track at UMBC Stadium during the Big Dawg Invitational ... Met the IC4A standard and placed second in the steeplechase at the Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 9:12.47 ... Finished 14th (9:07.91) at the IC4A meet at Princeton.

2014 Indoor:
Competed in the 5000m at the 2014 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships in New York ... Also ran in the one mile and 3000m events during the winter season ... Recorded his top 3k time of the season (8:53.71) at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games at The Armory.

2013 Cross Country:
Scored in all four of the meets in which he competed for UMBC, leading the Retrievers across the line for the first time in his career at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh on Oct. 5 ... Placed 65th overall during the meet in Pennsylvania with a season-best 8k time of 25:02 ... Placed second overall, trailing only teammate Eric Schuler, at the season-opening America East Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 7 with a time of 25:38.1 ... Also scored at the Navy Invitational, placing 22nd with a time of 25:24.27 ... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2013 Outdoor:
Won a silver medal in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2013 America East Championships ... Posted a career-best time of 9:19.18 in the event at the conference meet to move to fifth all-time in UMBC program history ... Also competed in the 5000m run at the America East meet held at Binghamton.

2013 Indoor:
Took 21st in the 3000m at the 2013 America East Championships with a time of 8:55.93 ... Posted his top season time in the event, 8:41.36, at the Patriot Games at George Mason

2012 Cross Country:
Ran in four meets for UMBC as a freshman, scoring in the season-opening Spider Alumni Open at Richmond ... Completed the 5K course at Pole Green Park in a time of 15:34.30 to jump to fourth all-time at UMBC for the distance ... Ran a career-best 8K time of 26:03.55 at the Princeton Invitational ... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

Prior to Auburn:
A three-time All-SMAC performer in track at Thomas Stone High ... Also named to the second team for cross country as a senior in 2011 ... Helped lead the Cougars to the SMAC Championship in the 4x800 relay in 2012 and later won a bronze medal with his team at the Maryland State Championships ... Finished second in both the 1600m and 3200m at the outdoor track 3A Regional Championships to garner All-Region honors ... Placed third at the 2011 Maryland 3A Regional Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:11 at Huntingtown High ... Also lettered in soccer for two years as a sophomore and junior.
